Three plans. One product. No feature gating.
Pick a plan by the size of your office, not by which features you get. Every plan includes the whole product: CRM, bids, estimates, schedules, RFIs, budgets, the portal, and Bob.
$10 a month buys 40 Bob tasks. Per person, not per company.
You decide who gets an AI allocation. A field user can stay at $0; a teammate who uses Bob can have a monthly allocation or draw from an overage pack.
Free, unlimited, on every plan
Seats are for people at your company. External subcontractors and clients are free, with no cap on how many you invite.
- Subcontractor portal. Tasks, daily logs, shared documents, bid requests, pricing forms, and prequalification.
- Bid invites without an account. A subcontractor can answer Interested or Not bidding from the email link before signing up.
- Public estimate links. A client can open a branded, masked estimate with Accept and Request changes. No login.
- Public schedule links. A read-only gantt for the owner, architect, or lender.
The billing details
How long is the trial, and what happens after?
30 days, the whole product, no card charged. Payment details are collected on Stripe when you set up billing; the first charge lands the day after the trial ends, on the plan you picked. Downgrade or cancel from Settings › Billing at any time.
How is a Bob task counted?
One conversation is one task, however many tool calls it makes. Document parsing draws from the same wallet. Each seat's 40-task allocation resets monthly.
Can I turn AI off for some people?
Yes. An admin sets any internal seat to $0 from Billing. That user keeps every other feature. Ridgeline runs Sam Whitlock, their field engineer, at $0.
What if we go over 15 seats on Team?
Move to Unlimited at $300/mo. There is no per-seat overage on Team; the 16th seat is simply the prompt to switch. Portal users never count toward the 15.
Is anything gated by plan?
No. Solo, Team, and Unlimited differ only by the number of internal seats they include.
