Subprocessors
The Subprocessors page lists every third party we use, its purpose, its region (United States, except Open-Meteo in Germany) and whether it is enabled at launch.
Retention
Account data, uploads and outreach data are deleted 30 days after the subscription ends, or sooner on request, unless the law requires otherwise. Deletion on request removes the organization's data from the live database and storage; copies in backups expire within 30 days of that deletion. Hosting backup retention is 7 days.
Deleting your data and other requests
You can export data from Settings and delete your personal account from Settings. An owner can delete an organization from Settings. Otherwise email privacy@versibuild.com or write to Foundry Labs LLC, 75 N Main St, Zionsville, IN 46077, naming the organization and account. We verify the request against the account email before acting.
