Questions

Straight answers.

Will Bob send anything on its own?

No. Every AI draft, whether an RFI response, a follow-up or a change order, waits at a visible approval gate until someone on your team approves, edits or discards it.

How do we move our data in?

Import projects, contacts, budgets, bids and punch lists from spreadsheets. Each column match gets a confidence score, and any import can be undone within a day.

Is my data kept separate from other contractors?

Yes. Every company is isolated with row-level security in Postgres, enforced in the database. Subprocessors are listed on the legal page.

What don't you do?

VersiBuild is not an accounting system. Budgets, invoices and change orders live here; the general ledger stays in QuickBooks or Sage, and we export to it.
