The plans, the pricing form and the daily log, in one place, for free
You did not pick the GC's software, and you should not pay for it. When a general contractor on VersiBuild invites you, you get a portal with everything for that job.
- Chasing the current drawing revision through an email thread
- Pricing a package in a reply and losing track of which number you sent
- Re-typing the daily log because the GC's form is not yours

No seat fee. Not on any GC's plan, not ever.
The GC pays for their internal seats. The portal for their subcontractors and clients is included on every plan, unlimited.
- Accept the invite by email or a short link. The link is bound to your address. You can answer Interested or Not bidding straight from the invite page, before you ever create an account.
- Price it in a form, not a reply. Base bid, alternates, exclusions and an attachment. The GC sees your number next to the others; you see only yours.
- File your own daily log. Weather is filled from the site record. Use a voice note if you are driving. Your logs are yours and go into the GC's dispute pack only for your scope.
- One prequalification, every GC on VersiBuild. Insurance, license, EMR and bonding stay on your profile. When the workers' comp certificate is 90 days from expiring, you get told before the GC does.

If a GC sent you a bid request, the link in that email is the whole sign-up. If you are the GC, book the walkthrough.
